    - Delegate from 2013-2017.
    - Taken part in 4 conferences since as a delegate, including one overseas conference in Shanghai.
    - Committee Chair of VSA MUN conference in 2014.
    - Senior delegate at Sha Tin College from 2015-2017.
  • Sha Tin College Student Leader: Griffin House Head of Action:
    In STC, students are split into 4 houses and each house is led by 18 year 12 (Junior) students. These student leaders help to organize many events throughout school (charity weeks, school fairs, etc.) and also organize inter-house competitions such as Sports Day.
  • StarT Foundation Co-founder:
    - Charity organization within our school that helps to raise money for the education of underprivileged children in China.
    - With the help of Concordia Welfare, we were linked up with Longyuan Primary School, a school in rural Guangdong.
  • Sha Tin College History Bee and Bowl Team:
    - From 2014-2017: Taken Part in inter-school competitions within Hong Kong.
    - Qualified for Asian Championships twice for bee (individual) and bowl (team)
    - Came 2nd in Hong Kong Championships in 2015 for bowl team round
    - One of the team captains and helped organize inter-house competition for History Bowl within school.
  • Awards:
    - UK Intermediate Math Challenge 2013: Silver Award
    - UK Intermediate Math Challenge 2014, 2015: Gold Award
    - UK Senior Math Challenge 2015: Silver Award

Why Taoyuan loves teaching:
I want to work as a tutor because I have been helped by many fantastic teachers and older friends throughout my educational journey. Therefore, I hope to do my part in this process and pass my knowledge and experience down to younger students so that they can face their schoolwork and exams with confidence. In particular, I picked these subjects because I really enjoyed learning them myself, so naturally, I would feel more confident teaching it.

An interesting fact about Taoyuan:
I really like pineapples on pizza.
